The place was nicely presented and comfortable, with its efficient staff who butted in on a conversation between me and the manager. The location of this hotel near Right next to the racecourse for great views, the pub on three occasions in the evening and a taxi, bus or drive was unbeatable.

Charming dog-friendly policies made our stay enjoyable.
The shower is too close to the door, causing water to spill onto the floor.

Charming dog-friendly policies, scenic views from dining areas, convenient public transport access
The shower design could use a rethink, as it caused water spillage on the floor!!! Noise from adjoining rooms was an issue that detracted from the overall comfort !!!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the awesome breakfast with sourdough crumpets and a lovely walking area nearby, made mornings good for a stroll. The hotel's proximity to the beautiful Royal Crescent and the serene Botanical Gardens meant I could easily explore these gems while soaking in the scenery.

I found the nearby park and ride very convenient for visiting the city. The free parking made it easier for me, as a traveler from Canada, to explore the area without stress. The evening meal at the bar was satisfying after a long day.
The bed felt a bit firm for my liking, and the pillows did not provide enough comfort for a good night's sleep.

The location to the park and ride into bath was super. The room was clean, tidy and so well presented. Breakfast was really nice, we enjoyed it in a cozy vibe. Plus, we could use the tv which was good too. It was a nice stay for a quick getaway.
Only downside was the food stopped servin at 5pm on sunday, so we had to find dinner elsewhere. Could hear a bit of noise from the next room.

great stay but needs more attention to detail
The large room offered a fantastic view that enhanced our stay. Especially with their effort to accommodate our dog.
I noticed some aspects, like the bathroom amenities, could be improved.

I loved the beautifully furnished Superior King Room. The decor felt fresh and cozy. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the park and ride into Bath. Breakfast featured good ingredients, and the service was friendly. The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep. The bed felt a bit hard, and the pillows lacked comfort. The cleanliness of the bathroom needed attention. I noticed quite a bit of dust. On my second morning, service during breakfast was disorganized, with missing sugar on the table and no one checking if I had a good night's sleep.

Perfect stay for a couple and their pup!
We stayed for one night and it was awesome! Especially the girl behind the bar. Plus, we loved the doggy goody box for our pup-really sweet touch! Only thing was the bar could get a bit crowded at times. A lovely experience!
